In terms of design, the model looks exactly like another Powerbank of Aukey with 20.000mAh. Said model however only has Quickcharge 2.0, whereas here we’ve got QC 3.0. This not only leads to less charging time, but also more efficiency: Less energy is lost during charging (for example heat energy). Though it should be mentioned that the meantime, Quickcharge 4.0 has already been announced (Which will again significantly reduce the charging cycles – but will only be available for USB type-C devices), QC 3.0 is still top-notch. Loading the Powerbank itself does not benefit from the high speed however. But you can charge the powerbank via Micro USB or Lightning cable, which is really convenient for Apple User.
The Powerbank has two USB ports,but only one supports fast charging. The other one has the so called AiPower Adaptive Charging Technology. This automatically adjusts the power output to match the unique charging needs of every USB Device connected to the powerbank. Therefore no overheating or overcharging can occur. The battery level is indicated by a LED glowing in white (70-100%), green (30-70%) or red (0-30%).
