Electric peeling machine for fruit and vegetables for $14.90
Of course, peeling an apple or pear by hand isn’t that time-consuming. But why bother when it can be much simpler? This fully automatic electric peeling machine is intended to simplify our work in the kitchen.
- Electric peeling machine
With this small kitchen aid you can peel an apple within 10 seconds. The object to be peeled may have a diameter of 2-14 cm or a height of 5-15 cm. For operation, the peeling kitchen support requires four AA batteries, which are not included in the scope of delivery. Measuring 29 x 14 x 14 cm, the 950 g light machine can also be taken along on the go, for example for a picnic or cooking together in the student flat.

How it works
During the peeling process you don’t have to touch the potato, kiwi or onion, on the contrary: this is definitely not recommended, because you can cut yourself easily with the sharp peeling knife. According to the description, the machine peels only 1 mm from the surface of the object. The process is quite simple:
- Place the object to be peeled on the holder and press lightly on it.
- Press the upper holding device down on the object so that it holds stable.
- Place the peeler knife on the object from above.
- Press the power button and wait about 10 seconds.
- Push the devices back to their original position and remove the peeled object.
- Yummy!
As already mentioned, potatoes, tomatoes and peaches can also be peeled by hand. But especially when you are working on larger cooking projects and have to peel a lot, the peeling machine is a good support, but you can argue about the price. Alternatively, there is also an apple peeler that cuts spirals from the apples (very cool!).
How well the device works in practice must be shown by experience. Do any of you have this or a similar peeling machine at home and can describe your experiences?
