Jumper EZBOOK 3 vs. Chuwi LapBook
At first sight, we are struck by some parallels to the Chuwi LapBook 14.1. In addition to the same connection possibilities, it is noticeable in pictures that these are presumably also in exactly the same places. Also the hardware is almost identical and there are only minor differences – here are the most important ones at a glance:
|Differences:||Jumper EZBOOK 3||Chuwi LapBook|
|Processor||Intel Celeron N3350||Intel Celeron N3450|
|Weight||1.3 kg (2.9 lb.)||1.74 kg (3.8 lb.)|
|Dimensions||33 x 22 x 2.10 cm (13 x 8.7 x 0.8 inches)||32.92 x 22.05 x 2.05 cm (13 x 8.7 x 0.8 inches)|
In the case of the dimensions, it can be assumed that they only rounded the numbers differently. Probably the biggest difference is the different processors. While a Quadcore with an Intel Celeron N3450 was installed in the Lapbook , a dual core processor with an Intel Celeron N3350 was installed in the EZBOOK 3 jumper. Both processors belong to the ApolloLake family and clock with 1.1GHz.
The screen, like the EZBOOK 2s, has a resolution of 1920x1080p (Full HD). The EZBOOK 3, like its predecessor, reminds us more of a MacBook clone than the Chuwi LapBook does. Where Chuwi is going with white, the EZBOOK goes with an Apple silver with black buttons. The only difference is the black trackpad, which, in the case of a MacBook, is in the case color.
The Conclusion so far
Jumper EZBOOK 3s price is appropriate again. Although it’s about about $60 above the price of the Jumper EZBOOK2, the installed tech should be respectively better. If it is true that some of the same components as for the Chuwi LapBook have been installed (case, keyboard, etc.), the jumper EZBOOK 3 should be much better than its predecessor, since the Chuwi Lapbook could convince us in those departments.To the gadget
