Mini stapler without clips for $1.78
A stapler that can staple paper together without staples – how is that possible? That’s exactly how I was thinking while reading the gadget description. But here’s how the Mini stapler without clips works.
- Mini stapler without clips
The stapler without staples is supposed to be able to staple 3-5 pages together by a clever combination of printing, folding and punching. This saves the stapler clips, protects the environment and, at the same time, the children cannot shoot each other’s clips in the hand. The tacker should do this up to 30,000 times and the color of the tacker is probably subject to chance.
Since this all sounds quite adventurous and the part in this country often costs 3-5 times, I did not get around to order the part. The workmanship makes a very stable impression and also the package was well packed. By the way, what color you get cannot be influenced. You can tack without much effort. However, the punched holes are slightly larger, so I wouldn’t staple more important documents. The best processing thickness is between 3 – 5 sheets. More is possible, but is then at most sufficient.
This mini stapler weighs just 70 g and measures 6 x 6 x 5.5 cm. But how does this stapler work without clips? The stapler punches a paper tab which is pulled through a slot also punched by the stapler. If that doesn’t mean much to you in theory, take a look at the picture below or try it out for yourself 🙂
Meanwhile my first choice for school or university documents, for “important” documents I still use the classic stapler. An ingenious gadget for the prize!
